Information related to COVID-19

Following advice from the UK Government, we are contingency planning with the aim of moving as many people as possible to remote working.

With more than half a century in business, we have built a resilient operating model that’s adaptive and agile; and we want to reassure our clients, candidates, supply chain and other stakeholders that it is ‘business as usual’ at the Morson Group.

We recognise that not all teams can work from home and I want to take this opportunity to express our gratitude for the continued efforts of our employees and contractors who are supporting our clients by providing operational continuity.

We are in the process of drafting FAQs for our employees, clients and contractor communities. I would encourage you to read and familiarise yourself with our latest updates as this will ensure we are all prioritising the safety our ourselves, our colleagues, families and communities.

At present we have no confirmed cases of COVID-19 across the Morson Group. There are several suspected cases and we are supporting these individuals, their colleagues and their families. We ask that you are supportive of each other during this challenging time.

Staying in touch with your colleagues, clients and candidates is more important than ever and, with likely prolonged periods of remote working, I encourage you to keep talking.  As, for many of our employees, this will be a new experience, your line managers and the HR and Wellbeing teams will be on hand to support you. Should you feel that you need emotional support during this time, please contact Morson Health, Wellbeing and Engagement Partner Heather Deering, [email protected]

Our COVID-19 response team are working around the clock to monitor the real time impact and deliver appropriate actions as and when they are needed. Together with implementing various preventative measures, we have established a dedicated Coronavirus email, [email protected], which connects you directly with our team of highly skilled health, safety and HR experts.

This truly is a time for us to show strength and support for our Morson family – as well as our loved ones, friends and neighbours. Technology enables us to create meaningful connections, whilst respecting social distancing, and we encourage everyone to pick up the phone, FaceTime, Skype and email to keep talking and caring for each other.

We want to thank everyone for their continued support, rest assured that we will endeavour to provide the best service and care during these unprecedented times. We will, of course, continue to keep you up to date of the latest news from the Morson Group.

If you have any questions or would like to discuss the potential impact of COVID-19 on your workforce and operations, then please contact [email protected].
